The location is spot on, really close to Leicester Square. The property was clean and no issues but given the air con unit was a noisy portable one that you needed to have the patio door open for the hose to go outside sort of defeats the object.

Small apartment, not sure how you would cook and wash up as everything was small. No divider between shower and toilet so had to mop up after every shower. Wifi didn’t work. Did contact customer service who made note but nothing was done. Cost a lot of money but clearly paying for the location.

We loved the location. Everything was in the walking distance. Wi-fi was down one evening and I had a hard time reaching customer service. They did not seem to care much. No elevator - we had to carry stroller and 6 suitcases upstairs. The price was decent for London.

No sign for location, quite an unwelcoming doorway.?stairs are scary, difficult entry code and keypad very small. Air can was not working at first, it was fixed on second day. Bed was comfortable and location was perfect.

The apt was clean and well kept. The location is like Times Square. Near everything and trains. Only issue we had was the pullout was painfully uncomfortable. Also, as Americans, we had some issues with the shower. How do you keep from soaking the bathroom after showering? Other than that, I would recommend.

Sadly had bed bugs during my stay, which have come home with me making me very uncomfortable and will cost me lots of money to remove from my home! Seemed as though they didn't have a great process set up to deal with this, though they did move me to another room in the end after multiple phone calls.

The building entrance and stairway to upper floors was disappoing, but the room was neat, clean and well equipped for one week's stay. It is probably too warm for summer, due to not having wall or central air conditioning. For early June, though, it was excellent.

Bed bugs

Great location for walking to attractions. Can be hear street noise sometimes lasting to 2 am. We had three rooms. Rooms-3,5 and 7. Room 7 is infested with bedbugs. Bitten numerous times and daughter-in-law had allergic reaction to bites. Ceiling cob- webs were visible.

The hotel is in good location and clean. But WiFi is awful only the bed in first floor with normal signal while sofa as well as arc area signal really weak - no network id searchable. Their check-in time at 15:00 and check out 10:00am which is too early.

Nice apartment, great location

This is a nice apartment, close to some major spots in London. The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). But we certainly would recommend this place.

Great property only downside was the checking in process very confusing. I joined the other three couples trying to get into the rooms . Very frustrating but eventually got in.

The location is great, however, the room was very warm when we first got in (87*F), along with the sheets being extremely itchy, and the room did not look exactly as it did in the pictures (the room looked very tired along with all the walls being scuffed and quite dirty looking). We had someone rudely bang on our door at 9:30am shouting “check-out is coming”, after replying that I was well aware, they just shouted “check-out is coming” again. This has never happened to me at a place I am paying a significant amount of money to stay in. It made us feel as though we were getting booted out even though it was 30 minutes before the checkout time at 10 am. Checking in was difficult as instructions were hard to follow and scattered all over the booking, we ran into other people trying to check in who were also struggling just as much with the lack of instructions. I am not sure I would stay again.

Quirky tiny studio with comfie double bed. Bathroom was tiny and only good for one night or one person. Self checking was a bit confusing and finding the place in-between the restaurants was difficult late at night. Needs better signage at entrance. Lucky one of the restaurant hosts saw us looking lost.
