The hotel is clean, close to Big Ben in England and the London Eye. There are a few gift shops on a somewhat dirty street under the tunnel where the car park is situated, but you can also find shops on your way to Big Ben. A Starbucks is near the hotel as you head toward the London Eye. The hotel does have restaurants on the premises; however, there are no other dining options nearby. Overall, we received excellent service from most of the hotel staff, although we encountered a few individuals who seemed less enthusiastic and unwilling to help on a particular day. We had shower door issues, but they were fixed immediately. We requested the key for the terrace and got it as soon as they could bring it up, but the gentleman did not explain anything, just asked me to sign for the key and figure things out myself.

The property was clean and in a great area for walking. Room Service was excellent. All staff were kind and helpful. There were minimal outlets in the room which was quite an issue and the lighting in the room was awkward. Stand up shower was tiny and you could barely move inside of it. Breakfast buffet was not great and it was extremely crowded and in a very tight space. The lobby area was always super crowded with lots of commotion, meetings, etc. Overall it was decent.

Cleanliness was a bit off...one of the glasses in the bathroom had a terrible crust in the bottom and we found a clump of long black hair in the bed under the duvet.... The facilities were ok but strange..it seemed every time we hit a light switch anywhere the lights in the bathroom went off and the dining table was so rickety we were afraid to see use it. The staff was great though.
