Very good

We arrived on Sunday and they seemed a bit surprised we arrived earlier then the check in time and it wasnā€™t opened. But they let us leave our luggage and our stay at the hotel was great. My boyfriend said he never stayed in a room as big in London. The bed, towel were great, good breakfast included. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice and cute.

Excellent people, good breakfast, but too slow to serve. Negative points: no lift to a third floor room and no wardrobe in the room for our clothes. But, in general, I would recommend it.

Jazz and the entire staff at Hand and Flower are the best! We felt so welcomed from the start and were sad to leave. The pub is so fun and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our included breakfast each morning and ate dinner there each night. Ryan the bartender was fantastic! The rooms are designed so cool and were spotless with comfy beds. Our entire stay was top notch I would highly recommend this hidden gem! Location is great too, very easy to access busses, and the tube for exploring London. Jazz especially is a huge asset, he is the genuine and fun hospitality you donā€™t find anymore. Thank you Jazz and team for the best stay! Love the Ewing family.

Charming Hotel with Top Service & Location

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyondā€”so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. Due to unexpected train delays, we had to call ahead, and the staff kindly made arrangements to ensure we could access our room even if we arrived after hours. On our last day, we had to check out before breakfast service began, so the manager and chef generously prepared fresh fruit bowls for us the night beforeā€”such a thoughtful gesture. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic: the fish and chips were the best we had in London! The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming historic character throughout. Conveniently, thereā€™s a bus stop right outside and a Tube station just a four-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!

Hotel room is newly refurbished, a good sized twin room with all the facilities you need, fridge with water / milk. Tea coffee and toiletries. Plus aircon which was needed as the outside temperature was 32degrees! Staff are very friendly & the hot breakfast selection is great.

A must stay hotel!

What an amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly, food delicious, beautiful building, and well appointed rooms. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the London area.

Very well located pub slap bang next to Kensington Olympia with very friendly and helpful staff. Decent rooms. Stairs are a bit of a climb with heavy luggage but nothing too serious.

Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! To top it off, Carlos and his team went above and beyond when our flight out was canceled last minute. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

It was the first time me and my family spent the night in a pub inn. Wasn't expecting how amazing it has been! Friendly staff, lovely and cosy rooms, very child friendly with boardgames in rooms, filling breakfast, easy in and out from separate inn doors. Honestly it was an amazing experience and will definitely book another stay with fuller inns :)

The staff were phenomenal! At the restaurant downstairs they have the best French fries ever! The location is right across from the above ground rail, a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground station and the bus stop is right across the street. The location is golden. If you're visiting London for the first time staying at the Hand and Flower will put you right where you need to be. The only downside because of the age of the building there's no elevator but the manager was super helpful and helped us get the bags to our room. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely night away in London

Carlos was so helpful and welcoming. Lovely atomosphere. We ate dinner and breakfast in the bar downstairs. Tasty food. Rooms nice and quiet. Slept really well. No lifts so just to be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. Would visit again for sure.

A charming Inn .

Wonderful experience of a old English Inn with 10 rooms over a cute Pub. Recently remodeled and very friendly staff. You can stay at a Marriott in any city in the world, why not enjoy London with the charm of a place like the Hand and Flower?
