What an amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly, food delicious, beautiful building, and well appointed rooms. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the London area.

We had a great stay, the staff was amazing. Food at the pub is great. The room was very cool, itā€™s an old building thatā€™s been renovated and has a great cozy vibe. Loved the family room layout. It was perfect with kids.

This stay has got to be my favorite in the last 2 years. The whole vibe is charming. The staff was very attentive, helpful and a joy to interact with. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but stylish as well. Food was amazing too! Cannot say enough good things about my stay here.

Such a cute space! Loved the design and its newly renovated with great amenities. The bathroom was quite small, but it had everything you needed and was very clean! Would definitely be staying here again. The breakfast was also lovely

The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didnā€™t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . Very good check in experience - fast and friendly thanks to the man on reception (Jazz). Big room which was clean and nicely decorated. Only let down was I think the mattress was 2 singles joined together.
