I was extremely pleased with my stay, and the accommodations were wonderful! The staff communicated with me before my arrival and made sure I had everything I needed. When I arrived, the key to my original apartment had not been returned by the previous guest, so they weren’t able to put me in the room I had booked. They handled the situation incredibly well and quickly moved me to another apartment that was actually even better than the one I had originally reserved! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very nicely put together. There were air conditioners in all the rooms, the beds were comfortable, and they even stocked the fridge with refreshments available for purchase. This will absolutely be my first choice for a place to stay the next time I’m in town. A big thank you to Chris, who kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of. 10 stars!
