Jared and his entire staff are amazing and needs holiday bonuses! Jared should be given a trip to see Paris for the first time! We were welcomed, treated like family, cared for, and the hotel runs like a fine-oiled machine. The staff definitely have hospitality in their blood. The food was wonderful and the 4 hour window to come and eat was appreciated. We were well located and felt safe to walk about, even on New Years. Please let us know when you’re sending Jared to Paris via Eurostar! He’s definitely a team member that leads by example and is so genuine. Big love from Florida!

We had a great stay all round! Quiet location but a short walk to pubs, restaurants, London Bridge station and borough market. As a family of 5 we had the suite which was a perfect size, plenty of space and 2 bathrooms which ensured getting ready in the morning was a breeze. The breakfast was also a hit, with everything you needed to start the day off right.

The staff was so helpful and kind to us during our stay. We had one person in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating the whole time. The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious!
Easy 15 minute walk to tower bridge with my Brother’s wheelchair!

I stayed at this property with my family of five. The location is fantastic, with a ton of dining options and within a short walk of trains and other sights. That said, the staff were even better. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. I ended up staying here twice in ten days, and I will definitely stay here again.
