Lots of problems: First, receptionist had a hard time finding my reservation, even though I checked in ahead of time. Second: rooms were dirty and in disrepair (stains on bedsheets, carpet, furniture, and bathtub; tiles in bathroom loose, furniture beat up/chppied, carpet torn). Third: receptionist became unreasonably hysterical when I reported a problem with the vending machine. With all these problems, I didn't bother trying the pool or room service, so I can't speak to those. Breakfast was fine... Typical for a hotel of this type.
