We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, no elevator and even though I expressed concern for my travel partner who has bad knees they were not able to accommodate as and the reason was I was given was that 1st floor is reserved for people with pets - somewhat upsetting that pets are given priority over humans.......

Check-in was not very pleasant. Also, we did not even get bottles of water - and our reservation said it included "two beverages". It was also noisy. Breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and clean. Hotels.com needs to update description - no pool for quite some time.

The hotel was a great surprise as we had never heard of the New Victorian Inn & Suites before. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The refrigerator was larger than the usual cubes and had a freezer that worked well. Beds were comfortable. Towels were plentiful and fluffy. Easy access to several fast food places. Friendly staff. Price was lower than most motels in the area.
