Nice hotel with good ambiance. Like the Western/1800s decor. Good breakfast. Good location within walking distance to a number of restaurants. Room was quiet and in good condition.

Arrived to find the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was really frustrating since we chose the hotel in large part for the pool and there was no advanced notification that the pool was closed.

They made me get my own cot, the pool was closed, they made me get extra pillow downstairs when I’m on the 4th floor. I had to take my kids downstairs to grab 2 horrible pillows and when I asked for more “she didn’t have more” well that’s sad. I’ve stayed here 3 times because the pool NOT because of the service and yall have it closed. Wouldn’t recommend

I checked in pool was closed. The first room I was sent to was not clean so I went down with all my luggage and got another key This room was clean. Hotel looks worn in a lot of areas. The lobby temp was very warm.

The Stoney Creek Hotel was really nice. I loved the rustic decor. The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the walk in shower. I highly recommend the Stoney Creek.

Great staff….friendly, helpful and accommodating. Attractive and clean property walkable to downtown attractions. Lots of easy parking. Property in need of a little maintenance…pool was closed, ripped front awning, slow hot water to shower. Enjoyed.

Room was pretty clean and spacious. Not quite sure what it is with all the wood style decor. Reception staff were busy but did not provide essential information which one would normally expect, breakfast times, wifi requirements, and check out times. Pool was not working and we were asked if this was an issue for us. It wasnt but would imagine for family with kids it would be disappointment. Hotel bar was dark but the server very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was ok. Might go back
