attendant was hard to understand and very rude, had no idea how to check us in had to call someone, hall carpets are stained and dirty, walls were filthy, outside back door is overflowing trash, box of trash, broken chair, cigarette buts everywhere, sheets were stained and filthy. Continental breakfast didn't exist and coffee was cold and gross, noone available to help with questions etc. . very disappointed
Front desk staff did not know how to log into the computer to check us in. Paid through Orbitz and the desk person didn't understand that, kept asking if it was Expedia. Simple check in process took around 20 minutes while desk person made phone calls to figure out how to log into the computer. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. While walking in the hallway the cleaning lady had her two toddler children riding in the cleaning cart. She cursed and one of them while we were trying to get around the cleaning cart that was blocking the hallway. It was a super weird experience to say the least. As the only option in the town I supposed if I had to I'd stay again, but hopefully never do.

Air conditioner did not work well & charged me $20 for ptsd service dog
The hotel has been recently renovated, and is very clean. The staff was really friendly even though I checked in late at night.
