Actual property and rooms were old, worn down, dingy, smelled, bed was warped, furniture was nasty/dirty, paid for golf view and we were on the very end and could not see it, paid for a suite to be able to lounge and the furniture was so gross we never sat in it. Very disappointed from was it was portrayed like online. Would not recommend

Furniture is worn and dated. Sliding door area had spider webs and bugs. Carpet is dirty. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Location was nice. Pool was dirty and run down. Our room smelled like dirty stagnant water and the AC would constantly turn on for about a minute, shut off for less than 30 seconds then turn back on. It was very loud!! The smell and noise from AC unit made it very difficult to sleep, especially for the kids! The hotel needs to undergo some major upkeep!

Wouldn’t stay there again smelled, was out dated and bugs in bathroom was going to say this at checkout but he could have cared less was my interpretation. Pool was ok but needs to be updated!!

Staff was very friendly. Building could definitely use a deep clean and upgrade. The glass door to the pool was shattered, the pool itself was breaking up on the bottom. The hot tube wasn’t even hot nor did it have enough water in it. The pool was almost warmer than hot tube. The pool outside was uncared for. Very dirty which is a shame. It was so nice out July 3rd I would’ve liked to have swam outside. The breakfast was horrible, I couldn’t even eat it.

The hot tub and outdoor pool we couldnt use and the regular pool for kids only. Beds were so uncomfortable, pillows were flat as a pancake. The breakfast was supposed to be hot, but again needed to be reheated. Restaurant inside the hotel took over an hour and a half for dry wings but the pizza was good. I will not be going back.

I'll start out with the good. Front desk staff was nice. Check in and out easy. The restaurant on site has FANTASTIC pizza. Outdoor pool was closed, as was the hot tub. I personally would never use a public hot tub, but the fact that the pool was not in order during 95+ degree weather was VERY disappointing. Another guest expressed the same thing. She only booked the trip as a girls weekend to use the pool. So that is a big miss. This place could definitely use a refresh. The carpet throughout is worn, dark and ugly.... and the lighting everywhere is dim and depressing. The toilet in our room rocked back and forth which was annoying, and one of the two beds in our room was ridiculous.... was like a big bowl that sucked you in the middle. Two adults could NOT sleep in that bed comfortably. The other bed was fine. Having a fridge in the room was nice. Overall, we only stayed 2 nights, but would not choose this hotel if/when we come back to Okoboji

I was promised a hotel with an outdoor pool and hot tub. Neither the outdoor pool nor the hot tub were open. One of the treadmills in the fitness center didn't work. We were disappointed that the hotel wasn't what was advertised. I could tell the place used to be very nice.....
