Room was terribly dark and furniture was worn and torn. Heaters did not work. Toilet was loose and made terrible noise when used. No ice machine in the whole facility that worked. Hot tub was drained without prior warning it was unusable. Bedding and towels had a weird musty smell. Thank god we had fabric spray along. We loved the hotel when it was Arrowwood Resort, but hadn’t been back in a couple years. Didn’t realize it was sold and under new management. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.
