The pool was closed which tge pool is why is booked there very disappointed akso bed sheets stained bathroom door didnt close tv had lines in it bed was squeaky and uncomfortable

Staff is extremely accommodating especially for babies. I stay at the Crossroads hotel and event center every other month for the past several months now to spend time with grand baby and they are extremely helpful and accommodating. Im very greatful for their stuff they go above and beyond their duties.
