We had a great day at this hotel! All the staff was very nice. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathrooms were big and also clean. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Would definitely recommend!

Reservations messed up

I had rooms pre booked - management thought I made mistakes so changed it,my mom ended up getting locked out of her room, and we ended up getting double charged, now I have to yet again figure this out. Wasn’t a great experience.

Everything was fine except we called two days before to request a cot and were told one would be in our room. On arrival we were told there was none available. Friends staying there later told us they were offered one when they arrived.
