Everything! Staff was excellent, Hotel was very clean, our room was very clean, had a wonderful view of the Mississippi River. Love this place

Our first time here traveling with 2 younger kids (4 and 2) The access to the River Walk was so beautiful-nice walking area! The staff were very friendly at the front desk and it was nice to be able to get into the waterpark early. The waterpark was nice, I would say better for younger children. A couple waterslides, shallow area, and a very small lazy river area. I hate to be picky but for almost $300 a night, I can be. I thought the rooms were very average, nothing special. The continental breakfast was below average. The food supply wasn't kept up and the options were very limited compared to other hotel stays. There were two staff members I saw but they didn't do well keeping up on cleaning tables (I cleaned my own because table turnover was fast). Pretty "blah" and basic... Don't get me started on the coffee options-yuck! Just black coffee and 0 creamers. No coffee shop in this huge resort?? I had to track down a starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee which was a mile away. To me, throwing in a coffee shop on site would be a goldmine! Anyways, I would definetly return to the area, but maybe do some more research on other hotel/lodging options. The River Museum was great! Needed more time to explore the area for sure.

The staff were nice but the hotel is very outdated and the room itself felt more like a motel than a resort.

Location was great.

The watepark water was kinda cold for winter months ... all thr kids and people were shivering upon coming out 9f pools .. the 1 hot tub was down so the other hot tub was constantly packed with adults and kids and wasnt even that hot... the heat in the room kept going off and on so the room was quite cold at night ... they only had 1 elevator working as well ... for a first time trip ... we were not impressed

Room was clean but are showing their age. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't work so all the wall paper was peeling off. I had to open bathroom door to let out steam so I could see the mirror. While drying my hair it set off the smoke detector 3 times. The water park is small but nice. The Riverwalk is beautiful.

Clean rooms and easy walk to the casino. Would have been 5 stars but the laser maze didn’t work so i lost $3. Continental breakfast also had the hardest biscuits I’ve ever seen

Very friendly & helpful staff! Room was clean. The restaurant downstairs (for room service) was super full & kept pushing back the time they would accept orders for the rooms vs walk-in customers (we gave up trying at 8:30, as we had 3 kids with us who needed to eat). Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

Restaurant options combined with lack of staff. Monday night was horrific for getting something to eat. Employees complaining not enough help and at times were even rude.

Great view of the river, liked the location. Price was good and staff were nice.

Fantastic view of the Mississippi from our window. Bed was uncomfortable for me but thats just my taste.

Hotel was a nice stay away from home. Resteraunt was great being right in the hotel.

Rooms look tired, need updating. Front desk staff not very knowledgeable. Bell hop/ shuttle person wonderful.

Good hotel. Close to attractions and good staff. Tony Romas is in the hotel

First off hotel staff very hard to understand when dealing with them. Had 2 nights booked stayed one and cancelled the other. Overall hotel is dirty everywhere. Spiders hanging off of Tv in lobby. Elevators have garbage on floor Room was disgusting. Someone's clump of hair stuck to bathroom floor. Walls have stuff on them Looks like a blind person cleans the rooms. Never once seen a cleaning person anywhere in hotel. Never even let kids in water park. Would hate to see what that looked like

The city is nice with many things to see and do.

Stayed here due to location to casino only. Not a place to stay if you want quiet time. Lots of families, great place for kids
