Rooms were dirty, pull out couch was clearly not changed or cleaned. Smoke detector was actually pulled out of ceiling and missing. Crazy when we all actually had to leave building or room up main floor due to fire alarms going off. They could have mentioned when we booked, no liquor license and could not serve in restaurant or hotel. Just run down and needs more help and upgrades but kids had fun, so we made best of it.

Furniture in room was dirty. Cleaning person walked into room without knocking when we were still staying in the room. Took forever to check in and took 3 people to get it right. Got overcharged 2 times. Got checked an extra few because we used Expedia.

Stay was fun with grandkids! Waterpark was fun for young kids. Most things were clean, but did observe some rust around play structure. Room was fine. Breakfast was just ok. Wished pool opened earlier in the morning.

The hotel needs some updating, especially the waterpark. At least a new coat of paint. Beds were comfortable and seemed clean. Our toilet was not clean and old food from a previous guest was in our room fridge.
