The property was very clean. The eat-in kitchen was a nice feature. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was well lit. The couch was a bit small. Be aware that you have to be able to climb stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with towels. It was a very quiet place. Great, quick communication with the host. Ken was available to answer my questions, but didn't intrude. A pleasent play to stay.

Super cute place! It was perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need for cooking. The bed is SO COMFY we slept wonderfully! The futon/couch not so much. Only reason I’m rating 4 stars and not 5 is the parking. If your apt #3 it sucks. There’s a big electrical pole you have to watch out for and if there are big vehicles next to your parking spot it’s nearly impossible to maneuver into your spot. I scraped my suv on the pole trying to get into my spot. Other than that Ken is super nice and it was a nice stay and super affordable!!

Great value for a lovely space and quiet neighborhood!
I was impressed with the full kitchen and spaciousness of the apartment. Very tastefully updated. Ken was great to communicate with. I really enjoyed walking and exploring from the location of the apartment. It was fun to wake up on Saturday morning to see through my window that the local Farmers Market in progress. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely Perfect!
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It’s the perfect location to park the car and explore Dubuque on foot. Plenty to see and do. We took a short drive to the Mines of Spain park. We explored four of the fifteen trails. Ken is the perfect host. He communicates quickly and we love both of his properties!
