The tiolet was loose and the cement in the parking lot has lots of big holes and cracks. Unsafe to drive our low cars through the parking lot.
I arrived Friday evening and no one was at the desk for over 5 minuters to greet me. No ringer to notify staff I was there. Although same staff memeber was kind and Frienly Sunday upon departure. Food choices for breakfast were meh. Waffles or bisquit and gravy. Crowd in area seemed unpleassant and not welcoming - did not feel comfortable to want to sit and eat Saturday Am. Did not go back Sunday. Pool did not lok like pictures on website. And it had appeared on the website - there was a hot tub - none there. I did Sleep well. Lastly the show drain cover was loose - needs repair. Conditions not quite worthy of overall price sadly.
The gym is laughable. 3 broken down pieces of equipment. The pool is small. The rooms are nondescript. The front desk staff was horribly rude and insensitive. If this is the face of your business, it should be rethought. You get what you pay for (or not really considering there are better hotels in the same area for the same price).

Lobby is small and have encountered friendlier reception. Also, I would expect better materials that copies from a larger chain. When reserving, requested a place with breakfast, it didn't appear they had that. If they did, they didn't inform us and seemed almost as if they had other things to do.

Staff was great! Special shout out to the young lady who checked me in, and served me my Sam Adams at the lounge!! Very friendly and conversational, definite asset to your property. Special mention to how well your beds are kept up to date.
I almost ran out of battery before I finally was able to connect to their Wi-Fi.
We travel often on motorcycle and this had one of the best breakfast we have come across for a chain hotel. Staff was also very friendly!
The hotel is far enough back from the main road to be quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well kept. Close to attractions and dining.
