The room was hot, and we could not turn the air conditioning below 70 degrees. We roasted, it was a very hot day that we stayed and we were on the 2nd floor. The window init didn't vent to the outside, so everything was recycled air. All we really want is a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable, room was nice. Front desk denied that there was an override for Hilton members, but at other Hamptons, they told us that if we complained they would override it for us because we're Diamond members.

Everything was excellent. Front desk people were get & breakfast was very nice.

I hate when I find other people's hair on the sink and in the bathtub after it's supposedly been cleaned. That just grosses me out! Also, the pool area didn't have proper drainage and so there was standing water you had to walk through to access the hot tub and the pool. Again, very gross!

We thought it was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We both appreciated having good coffee. We only stayed one night but were pleased! Thanks

It looked like it was low on staff, but everyone was very friendly. The room however smelled very odd. Also the shower had remaining hair from previous guests, mold, and did not look very clean. It also did not look like everything was wiped down and sanitized which was concerning. It was a decent experience but would not be a first choice or recommendation.

Great location. The elevator had a horrible smell. It smelt like a burning belt.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really like the sheets.

The property was clean and neat. Breakfast options were nice. The only drawback was that I thought it very loud---not sure if thin walls or just loud clientele when I was there.

Property was under construction, which in itself isn't a huge deal, just unpleasant. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the tile walls. The room decor was very odd and awkwardly placed. There were no bottles of water in the room. There was no restaurant or "mini store" in the hotel. The lobby/dining area was nice. The free breakfast was decent, but not fantastic. It was fine, except for the dirty room. I just had higher expectations that were not met overall. Nice front desk person.

HOTEL WAS LOCATED NEAR SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND STORES. CHECKING IN WAS WONDERFUL. MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AT DESK . WAS TOLD THE HOTEL WAS ENTIRELY BOOKED SO HOPED WE DIDNT MIND THE HANDICAP ROOM. NOT A PROBLEM FOR US WE THOUGHT. BUT ROOM HADNT BEEN VACUUMED AS THERE WAS A LARGE PIECE OF TOENAIL ON CARPET AND CARPET HAD LINT AND PIECES OF WHAT APPEARED TO BE CRACKER CRUMBS ON FLOOR. I WORE MY SHOES THE ENTIRE TIME UNTIL I HOPPED INTO BED.THEN ON THE TUB THERE WAS WHAT LOOKED LIKE A RUST STAIN. WHEN I WIPED IT WITH A TOWEL , IT CAME RIGHT OFF, AS IT WAS BLOOD. NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL!!!!! ESPECIALLY PAYING OVER 200.00 AFTER TAX.. BREAKFAST WAS PRETTY GOOD. LOTS OF QUICK CHOICES. DIDNT USE POOL. LOBBY WAS CLEAN , JUST NOT OUR FLOORS AND TUB IN ROOM. DID NOT COMPLAIN TO MANAGEMENT SINCE WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE SOLD OUT. SHOULD HAVE CALLED DESK AND HAD THEM RE -CLEAN ROOM. WAS JUST TOO TIRED FROM DRIVING.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. In the room we had two queen beds, a table, one chair, a TV, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows are a little too full to my taste (we prefer smaller pillows). The room was not very spacious. In the evening I saw people sitting in the breakfast area, some were eating, some just talking or playing board games and eating free cookies that hotel offers. Breakfast in the morning included cereals, fruits, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, waffles, pastries, orange juice, coffee and tea. In the walking distance there is HyVee and several fast food restaurants like Chipotle or Five Guys. Overall it was a good stay.

We should've known there was a problem when the manager called to ask us if our room was okay shortly after we checked in. The room had 2 queen beds. The only "seating" was a broken down desk chair. The room was tiny. They called it an accessible room (which we didn't need, but it had been a good price), but I'm not sure how anyone who needed an accessible room would've navigated the tight quarters. The shower had a hand held shower head--if you left it in its holder, the water sprayed directly at your face because of the angle of the holder. The beds were old. The pillows were old and flat. The man who checked us in had bragged about the breakfast. Breakfasts I'd had at other Hampton Inns were great. Not here. It was just your sub-par cheap hotel/motel breakfast. And the "hot" water for tea wasn't.

The hotel was just off of Highway 20; Kennedy Shopping Mall across the road. Facility was pleasant. Set up nicely for the breakfast that was provided--much more than a continental breakfast. Hotel had other amenities that we didn't use - exercise room, etc.

Room and hotel were very clean! Nice pool. Close to restaurants and activities.
