Place was very nice. I did have a bad odor, however. The saddest part - the lady at the front desk was horribly rude! Our key didn’t work but she was so bothered by us asking her for another one. She was very cocky and made our stay disappointing.

Check in was quick, friendly staff, the property was visually appealing and clean, and nothing in our room was broken or inoperative. The breakfast selection was good, and the food service area and tables were clean. Happy with our stay.

The price for this below average hotel on orbitz was around 230...only hotel with a room for our weekend. When inquiring about the cost for state and federal discounts with staff I was notified that this room would cost 399 if I had not gone thru orbitz so my state and/or federal discount wouldnt save me money. This is NO 5 star hotel, 2 at best. No warm or hot food for breakfast and wasteful plastic practices with each piece of bread or bagel sealed in an individual ziploc bag. No fan in bathroom nor bar soap, just a small bottle of body wash. I understand that this industry paid a price due to covid, but blame that on the Federal gov't incompetance, NOT the customers.. We stayed at the exact same hotel in Green Bay for two days prior to this stay at a price of 105 per night....AND, they had warm food for their breakfast. Will not ever stay here again nor would I recommend anyone stay here.

Nice quiet area to walk in. Restaurants next door. Desk staff, especially "Dan", were helpful with some issues in the room. The AC was noisy..

Dogs barking in a room from 7 to 8:30 pm, unruly young children running the halls, slamming doors and screaming from 7 to 11:30. Note this was 1st floor just off the front desk. Washroom sink hot side was barley a trickle, water has been running 45 minutes and is still cool.

I accidentally made a reservation with this company. In 7 minutes I tried to reverse it. I ended up staying there anyway that day. Then they wouldn't get back with Orbitz and I was charged anyway. Bunch of BS>

The staff were friendly and eager to provide whatever was needed. The room size was generous. No toilet paper holder so the partially used rolls sat on the vanity. No remote in the room. The heater didn’t work and the room was cold. Staff did repair the heater. They did find a remote but it worked “okay “

The manager, as she called herself, is extremely unfriendly. We found some stains that appeared to be blood on the sheet of one of the beds. We told the nice gentleman working the front desk and asked if they could be changed. The manager later came up to our room and presumed that we reported the stains just to get a refund for our stay. She said that we must have planted the stain ourselves and there would be no refund. Wow. For the sake of Radisson’s reputation, this person needs to be let go. The manner in which she spoke to us goes beyond inappropriate. While I know one person should not reflect the quality of an entire business or establishment, we will avoid Radisson hotels going forward. There are too many better options out there.

The breakfast was near as good as other Country Inns.

Breakfast good I booked thru Orbitz they took my credit card information and when I got to hotel I had to show again my information and I got charged for two nights twice. Needless to say it took time out of my vacation to straighten out credit card was credited overall good hotel

We enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly including the cleaning staff and did a great job. The facilities are good and we enjoyed our stay

Nice location .. Standard amenities .. Hotel is undergoing renovations .. Smell of new paint .. Carpet being put down ..

Considering the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, our accommodations were excellent and very comfortable.

The photos are clearly of someone else's hotel. The bed was clean and decent and staff were very nice. We just needed to sleep after a New Years event. But... Yes, it is under construction and construction is messy. However, the condition of the room was not because of construction. We had no heat, the toilet ran all night, very little water from the faucet, dirty paint spattered carpet, no place to hang coats or clothing. Country Inn should consider pulling it's affiliation.

Worst hotel. Smells bad. Dirty. Cold water. Would not stay or Recommend
