The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area make this loft a great place to enjoy a romantic getaway or a fun, family adventure. Soaring ceilings up to 16` add to the sense of space and luxury. You`re just steps away from restaurants, a craft brewery, salon, ice-cream shop, coffee shops, 4th street historic district, shopping, Creative Adventure Lab, Grand Harbor waterpark, Mississippi River, Diamond Jo Casino, and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium.



Free on-street parking surrounds the building. Entertainment district and families activities are just a short walk (2-10 minutes).



The King Rich loft was built in 2020, so it`s basically brand new, housed within a building from 1905. You`ll get all the best modern-day amenities packaged in a unique, historic atmosphere unlike anything else.
