The Pros:GREAT location in a beautiful neighborhood - easy walk to the both red and brown line train stops, so easy to get around Chicago. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and nice shopping within walking distance. We had no trouble finding parking on the street in front of the units. Very comfortable mattresses! May be buying these for our own homes : )Lock system is easy to work, no worrying about where the keys are. Very spacious common areas for gathering.Having a washer and dryer is a nice perk. Nice kitchens with full size refrigerators and dishwashers. Plenty of hot water so we could all shower with no problems. The Cons:Quirky layout - if you rent both units, you must go through two bedrooms or outside to get to the other unit which can be inconvenient. Lots of stairs and steps in and out of bathrooms. As noted in description, if you have mobility issues, this is not for you!Despite the noise machines, we could hear the trains. It bothered some of us, didn't bother others. Again, as they mentioned, if you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. We loved our visit to Chicago and would recommend this rental to others with the caveats noted above.
