The terrace fire pit was not ready or working. There was a broken lock on the bathroom door.
Like the property, does need a better parking options.
Staff was very accommodating
Very average, nothing special. Water pressure in the shower is awful, beds are hard, towels are rough & thin. Easily walkable and train station two blocks away.
Breakfast not good
The hotel was great in terms of safety, location, and breakfast. It’s about a 15min walk from the Magnificent Mile and 15min Uber to the Navy Pier. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast consisted of a good mix of hot and cold items. Unfortunately, there were numerous inconveniences throughout our stay. First, it takes a while to get an elevator. There are only 3 for the entire hotel, including staff. During busy hours like around 7-9am or 3pm, you can stand around waiting for an elevator for up to 10min. This seems like a major design flaw. Second, the internet went down the first night we were at the property. The remaining two nights, internet service was incredibly slow - to the point it was unusable. My fiancé and I had work to finish and several important emails to answer. We unfortunately had to find functional internet elsewhere. Finally, the front desk is understaffed and slow to respond. We approached the front desk physically and asked for more lotion for our room. The receptionist was unable to locate any and told us she would send some up to our room. 3 hours later, no one had come by our room. We called down to ask again and were told the lotion would be sent up. Another 2 hours pass before we went downstairs to ask the front desk again. While lotion is not a critical item, it took 5 hours and 3 reminders to the front desk for us to finally receive anything. I would hate to be in a situation that required a faster response.
Loved the place but someone decided to have a motorcycle racing at close to midnight. Kept me awake for a long time. Not the fault of the hotel but where were the cops??
Everything was so great. Very comfirtable!
Nice hotel.
Very clean good customer service by the frontdesk
Great experience. Clean & ideal place to stay. Has a lot of good restaurants around. 5/5.
The rooms are wonderful and the breakfast bread is good. The location is key with easy access to good restaurants and shopping.
Location of hotel is perfect for site seeing and convenience. The rooms are modern, clean, and great for couple or small family. You'll love this hotel.
