I’ve stayed at nice Holiday Ins before, but this one was disappointing. Missing lightbulb, door unlocked when we checked in, no hairdryer, staff seemed uninterested. Guys hanging around the outside of the entrance smoking and drinking.

Rooms were a little dated and there was hair everywhere. On the bright side breakfast was really really good. You could tell the preparers really cared vs. just warming things up. I took pictures of the hair on the floor and underneath the sink, but of course I deleted them.

The lady at the check in acted like she hated her job. She wasn’t mean but not friendly and didn’t smile at all. Hotel is updated but the elevators are slow and smell like urine. The room was nice although the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the morning staff was much friendlier.

Very nice staff and crew, super friendly. However the property owner needs to make investments to clean the place up for sure. Nice coffee machine and decent breakfast was a plus. Location is great but like I already mentioned, way too expensive for such a room and the condition of the hotel, at best it's a $125/night hotel.
