Sleep Inn Charleston

Upper floors facing the interstate, all you hear is trucks traveling on the road keeping you awake. X

We had a one-night stay here and the room exceeded expectations. It was immaculate and appeared to have been newly renovated (although I understand it had been but about four years ago). The beds were excellent- each had 4 pillows too. Breakfast was okay- as good as a typical free hotel breakfast. The location was accessible to downtown Charleston (less than 10 minutes) but nothing particularly close other than a mediocre family restaurant and a local pizza place.

Sleep Inn was easy to access to and from the airport. The room was not glam but was nicely appointed and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast is OK in a good way. I would stay there again.

TheSleep Inn was just what we needed. It was very clean and and the stafd was great. We forgot toothpaste, they gave us samples at the front desk. Location is right off interstate, but not much else around. Definitely recommend!

The Sleep Inn was just what my family needed. The room was immaculate (I asked the front desk; they'd undergone a total remodel in the past year or so) There were plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. We forgot toothpaste, and they had little samples for free at the front desk. The breakfast was just fine, but could have used a little more variety. The staff was extremely friendly. Its location is right off the highway, which is convenient, but it's not close to any major shopping centers. I recommended staying

Have stayed here a number of times. Always clean and comfortable; good beds; carpets and furnishings are in good shape. Easy, effective wifi. Very good breakfast included. Staff are friendly, from front desk to cleaning staff. Location is good, only a mile or two from downtown, at significantly lower price. Frankly the only distinction between this hotel and a full 3-stars is lack of a restaurant and bar on site. Otherwise it matches all the 3-stars I've stayed in.

Staff was very nice and that is everyone! The lady than runs the breakfast area.....super nice and friendly to everyone! She deserves a star!!!

comfortable, clean, pretty good breakfast. We'd stay there again.

Great restful stay. Staff was very accommodating when we rolled in very late at night. Really easy check out. Clean, roomy shower, nice beds.

The hotel is in great location, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere inside is just over the top! Like a real holiday!

The room was very nice and modern. The smoking room was the only choice left but we got accustomed to the smell after a while (next time I will make sure it's non-smoking!) The layout of the room was perfect for just a night and the shower was wonderful and cute! The only dislike is that we could see the interstate 3 feet from our window which was a concern for privacy and noise. Other than that, a nice hotel for the price and for the amenities and I would definitely stay here again! (just in a non-smoking room!)

The Charleston location offers the basics--and does them well. The staff was always smiling and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was safe. This hotel is great for the business traveler or for someone on vacation who needs to keep up with business while away. The room was equipped with wireless Internet, desk and executive chair, so it was easy to pull out my laptop and go to work. The room also included a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker for quick meals, so I saved some dollars by eating in. And the complimentary breakfast bar had both hot and cold items and a super-efficient staffer watching over it. There was no need to go anywhere else to fuel up for the day. I had an overall great guest experience at a reasonable price--I'll be pleased to stay there again.
