Avoid at all costs if you are bringing a pet

This property is listed as ‘pet friendly’ but refuses checkin if you bring pets. Front desk staff was exceptionally rude and chose to blame hotels.com rather than take ownership for falsely advertising the services provided at this property. Thankfully neighboring hotels were happy to accommodate. Would not recommend.

Would never stay here again.

The floor was nasty. Hasn’t been mopped in forever! Shower was also dirty. The mattress was firm, the frame was very creaky. One move and it sounds like you’re bouncing on the bed. Very annoying. Not worth the price.

Very Pleasant Stay

This stay was more than I expected. The room was newly remodeled and top quality. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. We had our dog with us, which enjoyed her stay too. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was awesome. We will be staying here again if we come back this way. We will look for more hotels like this on our way back to Florida. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Just a hassle

Our stay overall was good, We had a couple issues with our second room. When the second couple arrived in their room they found wadded up papers, plastic bottles and a set of keys laying on the TV stand. The staff quickly moved them to another room. The second night we arrived back at our rooms and our traveling couple couldn’t get in their room, the keys had been, for some unknown reason deactivated. This problem was also quickly resolved, but was just a hassle having to go back and forth to the office to have problems corrected.

Horrible service and smell

The lady that checked me in and out was absolutely miserable, I asked for my DL when I was checking in and she got a whole attitude. I had to pay a dog fee and when I paid I didn’t get a receipt and so I asked for one when I checked out, she got so rude and said you get your receipt when you check out! It was hard not to match her attitude but I didn’t and I hope she has the day she deserves. I would definitely not recommend it here. The room was clean but it did smell funny, area was ok but the service made it a no go for me.
