My room’s a/c emits a smell when temperature is not low enough, e.g. around low 70s. It goes away at lower temperatures say mid to high 60s. Everything else is fine. I like the location which is in the heart of downtown Atlanta. But the environment is depressing as there are many homeless people around.

The STAFF was exceptionally helpful. We had a minor problem with the tv after hours. The manager had an engineer (Anthony) come in specifically to assist us. He fixed the problem in a few minutes. Could not ask for better folks!!

A hello around every corner.

Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and willing to assist. Our room for the most part was clean. We mentioned to the front desk a small mess in the bathroom and they offered a new room and accommodations. Not that big of a deal so we stayed where we were at. Hotel was otherwise very clean with many staff on board to make it so. Everyone greeted with a friendly hello. Beds were very firm so not great if firm isn’t your thing. This was not a deal breaker for us. Loved the pillows though! We worked out in their quaint exercise room and had breakfast from their complimentary buffet providing many options for our specific diet. I would definitely stay here again. ❤️

When we arrived at the hotel a worker came out and said we could not park our motorcycles under the awning. While there was already 2 other motorcycles parked under there so we moved them. Then throughout the night I looked and they were there all night. As well as a convertible corvette. The next morning while I was having breakfast I found the owner of the two motorcycle as well as the owner of the corvette and they informed me that they asked when they checked in and they were informed that they could park under the awning. I’m not sure why I was told we could not park there. I go out of town 1-2 weekends per month and my preferred hotel of choice is holiday inn. But after yesterday and me feeling singled out I will no longer be spending any of my hard earned money with any of your properties.
