When we arrived no one was at the check in desk, we were then advised the internet was down. Upon arriving at our room we immediately realized that the room had not been cleaned/ prepared after the last guest left. We went back downstairs and were assigned another room. When we entered our second room it had a door to an adjoining room that was unlocked and wouldn’t lock. After inspecting the room it was determined the beds were dirty and there were bugs. We immediately informed the staff we would not be staying the night and left.

We were in a senior room with safety bars in the shower. We also enjoyed the comfortable chairs in the dining room. We sat and read, I did some needlework, other people played cards. TV was available there, as well. Everyone was friendly. Coffee, tea, and water were always available.

The area seems to pretty much shut down on Sundays. Lots of the immediately accessible restaurants were closed by check-in time. Our room was ok, there were some stains on the wall that I think need to be taken care of and the hvac unit needs to be cleaned because when it blew the smell it emitted was not great. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was pretty close(a little under 10 minutes away) to a shopping center that had other restaurants and stores. There was a Kroger and Walmart in that area. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Overall positive with some concerns

A very nice, professional-grade hotel. I am not sure about its location. I arrived after dark, but nothing looked walkable - ie. no restaurants real closeby. It's kind of just off of the highway. Surprised we had to pay for parking because it was unsecured.
