Checked in, the first room, the toilet was broken. The second room had bedbugs, literally crawling on the bedspread. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and very helpful but canceled the reservation to go to another hotel.

Could hear footsteps above us all night

The parking area was small and seemed shared with another hotel. Construction was going on it seemed like. The room was clean and the lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The noise level was kind of louder than use to for hotels. We didn’t really hear anything from halls much but the room above us I guess a kid was running around at night and we could hear it all. Overall the room was spacious and nice.

3 of us traveling. Had reserved 2 Queen-bed room. Got to room and it was not cleaned since prior guest. Could then only get room with 1 bed and couch-hide-a-bed (which was not good). Bathroom floor had little pieces of 'dirt'. Bed was too soft for me. We were on I-77 side of building and it was noisy all night.

I would never recommend or stay there again. Trucks Jake-braking all night long on 77/64 Interstate. Bugs are everywhere! Beetles in the bathroom! Fruit flies and ants everywhere in dining room for breakfast! I would never recommend anyone stay here again!

I called on Sunday to confirm my reservation for fear of traveling 4 hours and the room not being booked. I was assured it was booked. When I showed up today, they told me they were overbooked and I had no room and it wasn’t their fault. Then told me they had the wrong number on file. Both the hotels fault and Expedia in my opinion.

Wet bathroom floor

The shower was for handicapped people and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. The actual room was very nice. I would not recommend a handicapped room. We did not need it.
