Check-in was easy/ friendly efficient staff who provided list of local restaurants. Shower was excellent except low water pressure/ not uncommon these days. Beds very comfortable / quiet rooms, Brft was std/ nothing special except coffee Mach offered mocha latte's & expresso choices - unheard of in mid-range hotels. I would definitely stay again when future travels bring me to this area.

Slightly Disappointed

We were surprised on how dirty the room was. We found hairs in the sheets and the bathroom smelled like urine the entire time. The lobby was clean and so was the breakfast area. We only stayed one night. Was a bummer.

The hotel needs an update. Reaching the property the outside look was not appealing. The hotel appearance matched the same appearance when I stepped into the small elevator and reached the third floor. A very huge space with No decor. An unwelcoming space.

Not a smile from front desk at checking in, the staff were coughing and smoking all the time, around area isn’t safe and nice, pool was good breakfast was not fresh they didn’t even replace fruits or anything, so bad , the same every day, so boring. I would never stay there again, I had to bet to clean the room after 3 days staying in there :( I saw the woman who serves food pushing the trash and shaking it and then went to organize the food, without washing hands or sanitize them, so bad, no wonder every one is coughing and sneezing in there.

Air freshener smell in room and strong food smells in public areas, a bad combo! Elevator sounded bad, very noisy. Room bath door did not fit/close and stuff marks had been painted over multiple times. Lots of wear on facility, bad vibes throughout, couldn't stay.
