We had a great stay at Embassy Suites, Charleston. The room and hotel were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour events, and check-in / check-out were efficient. We were also happy with the valet parking. Would definitely stay again.

The counter, TV, and floors were not cleaned; there was dust throughout the drawers, crumbs present, and dried ice cream on the couch. Overall, it was not a great stay due to these issues. The rooms are always so clean. The breakfast is so nice and those ladys keep it so clean and tidy in the eating area. And Jerry is awesome to help ya from shuttling ya to the concert and back and giving ya directions on how to get around in town.

Room was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The only bad thing was trying to get into the hotel entrance and find Handicap parking which I needed. We were there for our daughter and her friends to go to a concert at the coliseum the shuttle from the hotel to the coliseum was appreciated very much!
