I had 2 rooms. Room 318 and 319. Room 318 was clean and nice. Room 319 was...not... paint on the furniture, refrigerator sitting in the floor. Bathroom mirror dirty . Room smelled " unclean".

Everything was great with our stay. The suite was spacious and very accommodating. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. We checked in late, switched rooms, late checkout without any problems.

Our room was not cleaned properly. There was black hair all over the sheets and bedding. Upon noticing about 15 pieces of black hair on bed, we requested new sheets and bedding which we had to put on ourself. The atrium is beautiful, but it is very cold and not heated. The pool was stated to be a heated and was absolutely not. Lastly, we were the first to arrive to the free breakfast and the food was not warm at all. Eating cold eggs and gravy was not the way we wanted to start our day. The only redeeming factor is the staff. They were impeccable. I wish we would’ve caught the name of the young gentleman who brought us our sheets. He looks like he belongs on the Ohio State football team with his large stature but was the kindest staff member and we enjoyed talking about Pies and Pints pizza with him. His kindness was the highlight to our trip.

Room was very nice but there was no soap and the hair shampoo was virtually empty. We received both from the desk so all was good. The reception hour from 5:30 to 7:00 is not what it used to be. The chips, salsa and cheese are nice but nothing compared to other years. The new valet system is not to my liking. We thought they were very aggressive.

Checkin Staff were very courteous and the property is jawdropping. Disappointed to have a dirty bowl left on the floor in our room when we arrived. Also disappointed that they stopped providing hot items 30 min before the end time - so half a breakfast if you arent early.
