The room had water in the tub upon arrival, but the room was clean. The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was quiet. Noisy highway, and construction on the garage made parking difficult. Overall stay was good.

A well maintained hotel with a clean spacious room. Great view from our floor-to-ceiling windows (you can't walk out onto the balcony but you have one). I liked the little shop next to check in where you can grab snacks, drinks or whatever toiletries you're lacking. No complaints.

We had to request maid service-the first day my room remained untouched. The breakfast buffet served cold food, although the staff working the buffet was exceptionable. The hotel itself is a bit run down, with molding coming off the walls (11th floor) and chairs in the restaurant/bar area well worn smooth and discolored. I was surprised by the condition of this hotel.

We actually did not stay we ask to look at the place first and decide to cancel reservation it was old and dirty and the receptionist was definitely on some type of drugs either meth or crack!

Kind of a dingy area. Parking garage isn’t checked and entrance is broken but they still charge $15/day so that was annoying. Otherwise pretty clean although it was dusty and had a few spiders. Staff seem annoyed.

We were at an event at the Convention Center. Th hotel is right down the street so it was super convenient. The parking was good at the hotel and the service was professional and the room was quiet and clean. And the price was a bargain.
