Charleston Marriott Town Center

You can walk across the street and be at the mall or Civic Center. Room and lobby was very clean and up to date. There is a pool and open to 10 or 11 pm, but NO HOT TUB. The parking is $15 a night, which I thought was a little expensive. Most hotels include parking.

We had a great experience. The staff was great and we received a room upgrade that was fantastic!

Nice hotel, good location downtown, very handy having mall next door.

The food was terrible There is zero Taxie service in the entire town. It's a third world place.

Very nice stay except for $15 charge per day for parking and $9.99 per day for Internet service. Rooms were very clean but small.

Hotel was ok for an overnight stay. Kinda dark throughout. Restaurant ok...service slow...good ok...pricey.

I booked this hotel while stopped at the rest stop on the Virginia/West Virginia line. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was just so-so. Nothing out of the ordinary. it was fairly expensive but was in a decent location.

Hotel was great overall. Very clean, and close to amenities. Only negative was that pillows were not very supportive and were flat.

Overall was ok, but I had trouble getting my room warm. I set the thermostat to 80 degrees F, but there was still a cold draft blowing thru the room the whole time that I was there.

I was not as impressed as I had hoped. The hotel has been renovated but still lacks the class of a newer building. Staff was friendly. Parking was $12 overnight in the on-site garage.

My husband and I loved having the mall accessible directly across the street. We had a lovely day in Charleston, enjoyed hotel amenities, then drove a short distance to the airport the next morning to pick up family flying into the area.

Great location in downtown charleston, close to civic center and mall!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. Large price tag though. Don't get me wrong, for overall intents and purpose this is the nicest hotel in Charleston so you should expect to pay a little more. However while the furnishings and bedding is nice it is not as good as the Hampton Inn. It does have a bar but closes at midnight on a Saturday night?! Stay here to impress but not for best overall value.

Easy check in and good location for a quick trip to town

one of the best hotels you will ever stay in recommend it everytime

Booked this because of convenient location before a very early morning flight out. Nice comfortable room, very clean. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. All exactly as I expected.

Good place to stay if on business in Charleston. Conveniently located, very clean, good lobby, good bar and food, and great staff.

I was alone for Christmas. The desk staff and most particularly the bar staff (Tim) were like having old friends.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing an excellent experience. It was great to have a Christmas brunch for the family. The fitness center was good, and the restaurant offered a nice breakfast. Ben Alexander was especially helpful. We will return when I visit my mother there in the future.

From the warm greeting at the desk, to the wonderful service in the restaurant, to the friendly housekeeping staff, the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. Having family in the area, we have stayed at various hotels, and found Marriott Town Center to be the best. If you're going to travel to the Huntington-Charleston area, you would do well to stay here.
