Located in the family friendly area known as the South Hills. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee. Just over a mile from downtown Charleston, WV. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home decorated with modern and classic pieces is sure to be a comfortable home for both families and business travelers.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was the perfect mix of Grandma cottage and modern. Which is a favorite of mine!! The kids loved the different tea k cups available. It was easily accessible and, located near multiple restaurants and shopping centers, bathrooms were fully stocked with extras. Thank you for making the wrestling weekend much easier for my family.

This is a perfect place and the owners don’t skimp out on comfort. Beds are fantastic. Comfy couches. Excellent location. The only recommendation is I would state the fence isn’t a closed in one. We picked this house because of the fence and we have a dog. Will come back though because the house is that great we will walk the dog in the morning.

The host was very informative and accommodating, considering the circumstances, winter storm of 2026. As soon as we entered, we were all pleasantly surprised by how charming, welcoming, and warm the home, decor, amenities made us all feel. Although we wished we had more time to explore the quaint area near the home, it offered many interesting restaurants, boutiques, stores to explore.
