More green than most hotels, which was a plus. Did not appreciate that parking was $12 per night when there was plenty of room in the garage. I feel that should be part of the room fee.

Broken elevator from parking garage . Found lighter and pill in pullout couch . Room not stocked with towels or sheets . Pool closed 2 hours earlier than site said . Staff was pretty friendly though . Had to pay for parking

I honestly regret my stay here. We were stopping through on a road trip and decided to “splurge” for the nicer name, but overall the experience was too negative. The room was generally clean, but both beds had holes in the sheets at least 1” wide. Our shower had body wash and conditioner dispensers, but was missing a shampoo one for some unknown reason. The coffee machine wasn’t cleaned after a previous guest used it, and had a moldy pod in it. The bar in the lobby, while convenient and with a great bartender, attracted a raucous crowd, which was a bit off-putting. I felt the need to escort my wife and children when we were moving our bags to and from our vehicle (unless you want to use stairs to go from your room to the parking deck, you are forced to pass by the bar in the lobby). The parking garage attached had very few spots available for hotel guests, and the ones that were available and not reserved for other businesses were exposed to the elements. The parking was never explained to us, so we had to pay an extra $8 on leaving the deck (after we already paid $12 to the hotel) as we had already dropped off our room keys when leaving. The WiFi was slower, but generally worked well throughout the stay. The pool was only open from 8:00-8:00, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, disappointed that we spent the extra money here. I feel like our experience would’ve been better at one of the cheaper places nearby that didn’t charge for things like parking.

Room was dirty, throw up on bed skirt. Switched to another room. Second room was OK still had dirt on the walls and stains in the bathroom.

Noise all night from the big heating unit right under our window. Couldn't sleep all night with that droning sound. Sn awful night.

Only major issue was not being properly informed that there was a 12 dollar charge per day for using their parking deck. It is not in their information online, was not communicated by their desk staff on arrival. On checkout we were informed of the charge by clerk pointing to the wall which had posted a framed notice ,about seven feet above the floor, on the wall . In addition the tub would not water due to a broken stopper and the trim was peeling off of the desk.

Hanna at the desk and Gina the driver were outstanding. Facility is nice and clean with lots of space. Rooms large and comfortable. Our room even had a great view of the river

Right on the waterfront. Great for a day train trip.

The view was fantastic! My room was clean, however another member of our group had ants in the room.

The front desk staff was not very helpful. There was not enough handicap parking and made it very difficult to get my mother in law inside. The rooms were overall clean. The tub did not drain, fridge did not work, and none of the outlets in the room worked. Luckily we were only there for one night. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the view of the river was nice.

The hotel is across from the river in the downtown section. The room, lobby, et. al. were very pleasing. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and quite reasonably priced. For our evening meal, we walked a couple of blocks to an interesting Burrito restaurant. All in all, a splendid place to stay.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
