Pickup service was terrible. I needed to wait for 90 minutes at the airport. When I called the hotel for pickup, I was told the car will arrive in 5-15 min. I called 5 times as I didn’t find the car, and they told me it would be 5 minutes, few minutes, etc. and after 1 hour past, they stopped taking the phone call. I should have been able to take taxi if I was told it would take long. My son started to cry as we needed to wait very long. It made our travel a bad memory.

Room was very clean Staff were very nice safe & fridge broken & no shampoo, I requested a different room and the manage was very nice to move me to different room. I had food that went bad in the fridge, and I told them as such, none of the staff said they were sorry for things not working. When i asked the manager about a meal credit, he was very nice and comped my last 3 days breakfast. I am use to marriott top service, and the fact i had to ask for it was not how things are usually handled. Also I paid taxes through expedia on my room. But when i went to check out they said I owed another $58. in taxes for 2 nights on top of the 40. I already paid? I paid it. But is this right? Thank You
