10 out of 10. Its our 3rd time coming. Great rooms, great, food, great pool. Easy beach access. Emilio, Mauricio and the bartenders were phenomenal. MC Alessi was a real class act. We will return sooner than later.
The customer service was blah. I had to carry my bags to my room—-staff saw me but didn’t offer to help—-a first for me in Mexico. When asked for directions to a dining location, he acted annoyed that I asked and pointed. There a plenty of options in Cancun of where to stay…I’ll try another place next time.
The only thing we found confusing was the huge size of the property and the signage could be better.

Perfect spot. The views are amazing. Coral Level's pool is lively without being loud and obnoxious. The air filtration smells so good, I want it for myself. The suite is CLEAN. The jacuzzi tub on the balcony is a nice touch not found at every resort. if there was anything wrong, they fixed it and/or compensated you in some way for it. This is my second time staying here. It checks all of the boxes.

The only downside is the never ending music, which gets very loud at night.

We arrived to the property on august 11 and the next day we moved out to a different hotel because of the bad experience we had at the Iberostar coral level. Property is not well maintained, only one elevator was working, and not always available since it was only one working elevator. We had to take the stairs. Food at the restaurants was very bad quality, we tried 2 restaurants that night and both were disappointing. Gym equipment at the gym was outdated and broken and we work out everyday and it was very important to us, since my wife in an athlete. Half of the light switches in the room didn’t work. After one night there we decided to go to a different hotel. We requested a manager Diana to cancel our stay and issue full refund. She asked to send her an email and we did and never heard from her again. Our emails were not answered, when we tried to call Orbitz and Expedia I was told they can’t get through to the prosperity and confirm the full refund. Terrible service. We are still trying to get a hold of hotel to get confirmation of the consolation and full refund to be mailed to us and every time I call I get passed around. I don't recommend anyone to stay there, it was a long waited vacation and it was ruined.
