The breakfast orange juice was water and undrinkable so I had to purchase 2 bottles orange juice for 8 dollars on top of the 22 dollars I purchased breakfast for. We were woken up at 8.00 am by maintenance wanting to install a couch.

Very helpful staff on a night (and following day) when I had three flight cancellations. You can walk directly across the street to BUF from this hotel, but there’s a shuttle. An annoyance that the room designer didn’t think through - you've got to open a low cabinet door one direction and then the mini fridge door inside opens in the other direction. This was IRRITATING in an otherwise VERY nice and well-designed room. I didn’t like that the bathroom door has a strong self-close feature. It was hard for me to open due to the self-close hinge, and I wedged my suitcases to hold the door open for the length of my stay.
