1. First of all, the front desk (security staff) was unfriendly and completely unhelpful. On our last day, after checking out, we were waiting for our car in the lobby, but she rudely asked us to leave because she said she had something to do.
2. When there was a problem, it was impossible to reach anyone from the property. I made at least ten phone calls. Since the room faced a street under construction, they said they would change my room, but after waiting the entire day, nothing happened. I also couldn’t reach their Boston office.
3. The curtains were just a thin layer of sheer fabric, so the sunlight woke us up early in the morning.
4. The one-bedroom unit didn’t have a bedroom door.
5. The hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning completely cold.
