This hotel is exactly what I needed for an overnight stay near fhe airport. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The free parking and free breakfast are a plus.

Overall a good property. Fridge & microwave in the room bery convenient. Breakfast had good selection, hot food included, eggs, saisage, hashbrowns. Bread, bagel, yogurt, cereal, juice & coffee available all day on the lobby. Hotel has a gym also. The 2 things that are disappointing are 1,) the pool os permanently closed. Does not say that on the website. I had hoped to sit outside but its all closed off. Hotel os near airport, there is no grass or room outsode to sit. 2,) they hotwl was changing the electronic key card readera. I returned at night & a new unit was in the door& my key no longer work. Nobody at thw hotel infirmwd us they wpuld be entering outlr room when qe were not there. Thye should let guests know somwthing like this.

Lack of Customer Service

I stayed from 4/24 to 4/28 in room 415. On Friday night, I was awakened by loud screams and door slamming from the neighboring room (417) between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. I called the front desk, but the situation was not resolved. The next day, Saturday around 11:00 a.m., I spoke with a Black woman at the front desk and requested to be moved to a different room. She responded that no rooms were available and displayed a poor attitude. She acted as if she disliked her job and dealing with customers. Additionally, when the maid was cleaning rooms on the fourth floor, she was playing loud music that I could hear from my room. I will not be returning to this place, and I intend to share my experience online.
