The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I was delighted to get a 5th floor room with a view . . . until the only elevator broke and I had to walk up and down all those flights of stairs. With a few after market joints and a few new diagnoses in my medical charts, walking up and down stairs is problematic rather than good exercise.

elevator did not work all week in a 5-story hotel. Guests had to carry luggage up many flights to get to their rooms. Hopefully no guests were in wheelchairs or using ambulatory appliances. I found expired dairy products served during breakfast. Staff were unfriendly.

I had a one-night stay to be near the airport for an early flight. Check-in and check-out were very quick and the persons at the front desk in the evening and in the morning were pleasant. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The airport shuttle was on time. The bathtub was a bit worn, but other than that, the room was fine. I slept well.

We were here for four nights and took the train daily. It was so convenient having the shuttle to and from the airport and train station. The staff was exceptionally friendly! We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Baltimore/DC!

We arrived and went to go into our room, some other guest was in the room (extremely unsafe to give someone a card that opens another guest room!). Bathtub was filled with water, fire alarms went off in the morning, sprinkler system held up by paper towels in our room. The elevator was down for service for a few weeks and was not mentioned before us checking in. When we explained the entire situation to the front desk, they said they would talk to their manager about a discount and never stuck by their word. Would not recommend this place for your next stay.

Decent airport Hotel

Decent airport Hotel. Limited food/restaurant choices in the immediate area. Breakfast offered is VERY basic. Elevator was going to be out of service for maintenance not long after my stay - a challenge for those with any mobility issues, especially if you're on the 4th or 5th floor!
