Wow, such a lovely experience. I was traveling alone with my 5 year old and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They welcomed us with a small stuffed animal for my kiddo, a free bathing suit so she could swim, and free breakfast for her in the morning. The airport shuttle was so convenient and the room and facilities were great. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Many thanks to the entire staff!

I booked a double bed, but upon arrival, they gave me 2 single detached beds and told me it was due to what’s available. Both tea cups were ‘minging’ - very dirty. I had to take a photo and went downstairs to show them, and all they could do was change them but nothing to the effect of, ‘we apologise on behalf of housekeeping etc’. They took €50 when on checking out for tax, and told me it was refundable but uptil now I haven’t seen my money. Overall, I will say I only appreciate the driving of the shuttle. Not sure I will be able to rebook this hotel in the future, nor recommend it.

Since my booking did not include breakfast, the front dest gentleman gave me a breakfast box. I felt lucky to be able to stay at Steibenberger, with much appreciation of what I experienced there.
