Good concept and location airside at Schiphol. Room was fine and clean, except the aircon is very noisy and impossible to turn off, resulting in little sleep. A shame.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was on the air side of the airport as well as next to a food court area which was convenient. It was smaller than other Yotel Hotels which I have stayed at.

The room was fine - very basic, but as expected. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The area outside the hotel ( in the airport terminal) was alive with rats running around the floor!

Smelly and noisy. The room (and corridor outside) smelled of drains. There was a n extractor fan on constantly that clearly had a problem as it kept making a clunking sound, and anytime I used the sink or shower there was a really loud clanking noise coming from there too. Also the TV or remote didn’t work. The only plus was its location. Really easy to find and very close to the restaurants for dinner and breakfast.

A fine enough hotel inside the airport

This hotel is exactly what you need in a tight situation, but there aren't frills or anything, so be prepared. It's behind passport control and can be difficult to find, so just be prepared to pay attention to the location details or ask airport staff at every turn. It's a unique place to stay and the bed was clean and comfortable, which is what was most important to me. When the neighbor used the shower, it did create a high-pitched noise, but I was so tired I didn't care and it didn't last long.

Poor facilities

Lots of broken and defective parts in room. Air con was not working. Had to move room and condition was no better with very noisy fan. Contacted Hotels.com customer service and let down with service provided. Got informed I just need to stay regardless.
