flooring in bathroom is extremely slippery when wet. i fell over and badly injured my arm and ear. because i booked through hotels.com, there is no way to contact them about this. Also, no kettle in room and when I asked reception, they omitted to tell me that kettles were available if you asked for one. apart from that, beds were comfy and local transport links very good.

Overpriced, poor service

The only positive is the free shuttle bus to / from the terminal. Slow check in, overpriced. Room was comfortable enough but not particularly well maintained. The TV in my room did not work and, despite two phone calls to Reception when both times they promised someone would come and try and sort it, no-one arrived to do anything.

Food was terrible and service was worse. Room had too few outlets and a weird lighting system, entrance and bathroom light switch were connected. The beds had pads that kept swifting and the bedding was stained. There is nothing around, so dining choices are limited to their over priced options. The whole experience was awful. I would say that you get what you pay for, but I didn't even get that. Never again.
