This is a traveler's hotel. The room has basic amenities and supplies.

Stayed here because of a missed connection at AMS. Big, modern hotel with cool design and large comfy rooms near the airport. Everything was clean and a bit aseptic, as one would expect given the location. the reception staff was unusually friendly and competent, and attention to detail in the room and bathroom was above average. Great deal for the price. Only downsize was the overpriced and underwhelming restaurants on site (it felt like there was nowhere else to go around there for miles). Also, great room price didn't include breakfast, which was priced somewhat unreasonably. I guess that's their business model--lure them in with great room price and squeeze their euros out with the extras?

Staff went above and beyond my expectations! So helpful in every way! This will be my go to hotel when visiting Amsterdam.

Clean, modern hotel with a convenient shuttle to/from the Schiphol airport, which makes it easy to catch the train to the heart of Amsterdam.

They first tried to charge for the hotel room despite the fact I had paid through the booking site. Then they needed me to cover incidentals with a credit card (not unusual). But then they charged for those incidentals multiple times (both for individual items and again at check out). They constantly wanted to run my credit card for everything. I liked everything about the hotel but the fact they charged me twice for things and tried to charge for the room twice.

We came in at 10 and couldn't get our room unless we paid $20/hr. No restaurants were open in the hotel until 11. The price on the breakfast buffet was extremely high and was picked over and closed in a view minutes. We were starving because our flight was so early, we couldn't get breakfast. The sports bar opened at 11 so we decided to bite the bullet and go in even though the prices were very high. The food was not good at all. The waitress was great. I had just spent two weeks in Italy at several restaurants and I never had a bad meal. Not once... I was just walking through the reception area and saw the Caucasian lady with dark hair give a nasty look to the patron wo was walking away. I wanted to buy a candy bar and she was busy, but I wanted to ask where I buy it and she foo-fooed me. So I decided not to buy it. I decided I'd rather starve than ask her any more questions. The other lady, who had darker skin, was fabulous . Maybe more staff could help some of these problems. We ended going to see the tulips and before we came back, we grabbed at burger at the airport, extremely better than the lunch at the hotel.

Great deal, Amazing breakfast and free shuttle from the airport was a big deal for me.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming; the shuttle service was also great. I had a problem on check in because I was given a room that had not been cleaned (towels on the floor, unmade bed) I asked to be moved, the staff was friendly, apologetic. In the next room the television did not work. I was too tired to move again. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and spacious.

Great location and good price if you watch their specials otherwise the chain is a bit pricey. The room & bath were large and the beds/pillows were really comfortable.....good parking too.

Friendly staff, very cleaning, shuttle Aiport, check in very fast

This hotel was so bad condition I was shock . The remote was brooking , bed was so old I woke up with back pain. Rug smell . There was dusty old cover in the closet . The closet smell old . The elevater was so small only one person fit and 2 luggages . It need a update I was so sunprise how this hotel looks . I would never stay here again .

Good value and a great place to stay. Bed was very comfortable.

Bad experience with unfriendly waiter talk like a boss

Nice hotel. Convenient for spending night/day while connecting at Schiphol airport. Good bus service to the airport and train station. From the train station it is about 20 minutes from the center of Amsterdam.

Need to log in every day. Very difficult to do w/o desk help. Need to understand German to log in. Desk said is an ongoing problem for Americans. Hotel designed for Germans, not Americans.

Nice clean business airport hotel. Only one problem during stay, but overall everything I wanted and expected from an airport hotel. Good shuttle to and from airport and trains.

This hotel is awesome! Big room, modern look and clean. Not really far from Amsterdam, they have shuttle buses that runs every 30 minutes from and to Schiphol Airport where you can take a train and reach Amsterdam in 16 minutes.

We were able to pick up the hotel shuttle at the airport and head over to the hotel. As we had been traveling for two weeks we happily stayed at the hotel and rest up for the rest of the trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. telling us the cheapest and easiest way to get into the city and what to be sure to see. The sports bar has the most wonderful hamburgers ever! so good we ordered them again when we stayed 3 weeks later on another layover. over all a great stay and we will stay there again on our travels.

It was just fine for a few days! Nice location for walking and visiting the city center!

The hotel is adequate but far from deluxe. It's fine for a one day stay. The food in the bar/café was overpriced and not particularly good. The most annoying thing was that we arrived several hours before their standard check-in time and our room was ready but they wanted an extra 39 euros to give it to us. We just waited. The hotel is very convenient to the airport.

convenient hotel near airport/train

kept charging for services after i paid for them

nice staff but room troubles

The staff are very friendly and welcoming; the shuttle service was also great. I had a problem on check in because I was given a room that had not been cleaned (towels on the floor, unmade bed) I asked to be moved, the staff was friendly, apologetic.
