Very disappointing stay. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. The room did not meet basic expectations and lacked the proper conditions for a comfortable stay. Overall, this hotel does not reflect the standards one would expect from a Ramada property. I would not recommend it.

Conveniently located near the airport. Free shuttle from airport to the hotel, we pre booked out 6euro shuttle back to the airport and had no delays or problems. The room was spacious, clean , and the bed was comfortable . We had pizza from the restaurant rather than the buffet. Overall it was a great place to stay the night before our flight home.

Stayed at the Ramada trip for the marathon weekend. Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel shuttle was superb, spot on to the schedule and really handy. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. If you don’t have your room cleaned you receive a 5 euro credit to spend in the hotel( put the notice on the door) Friendly and helpful staff

Hotel's airport shuttle service is inadequate. Long waits, overfull bus. Other hotels operate larger buses and better service. Hotel management doesn't want to do anything about it. I regularly stay at Schiphol AMS airport hotels alone and with family, and management's indifference at the Schiphol Ramada was startling. Won't book here again. Thumbs up to housekeeping though, you prepared a neat & clean room for us!

The airport shuttle was easy to find and had a regular service only requiring payment to go to the airport and offering a discount for 3 days or more. With the airport above the Railway, we found it a good option to go into Amsterdam if we wanted. Also, it is great to be able to go upstairs to the departure area and weigh luggage if you have concerns before your departure date. It seems commonplace with hotels these days not to provide Housekeeping everyday however the difference with the Ramada was that any day you don't have Housekeeping they offer 5Euro credit to be spend as you wish within the Hotel It is inspiring and we took advantage and spent it in the shop for snacks the morning we left to go to the airport. Bathroom facilities were also minimal, however they had a notice in the room to ask reception for anything you needed and had forgotten. Which I did and was able to get a shower cap which I rely on when I stay in a hotel. Not a fan of a frosted glass door to the bathroom. The Hotel is a little isolated but only about one Kilometre walk to a little village to get what you want or take the shuttle to the airport and have a trip into Amsterdam to see all the tourist attractions. We had a very pleasant view across the fields. Most staff were helpful and friendly but there is always one who spoils the run and thinks he is doing you a favor attending to you, needs to think he wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the tourist he obviously doesn't enjoy attending to.

The front staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel room was fine, comfortable bed and clean. The restaurant only had a buffet for $33euros and was not an inviting space, very utilitarian. The location is basically “no where”. No shops, no restaurants, just what’s in the hotel, which isn’t much. Staff were pleasant.

The service was very good. The guy who checked us in spoke Polish, which was a great pleasure. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had a wide selection.
