The buffet was expensive and the items on the hot food bar were cold. I had to use a microwave to heat the food up.

I got there around 9:20 pm . I was told the restaurant was closed for dinner . I was fasting all day so I was very hungry , I was told I could order online, but there was no assistance, there wasn’t any brochures to explain how to order food , I came downstairs twice but they were busy all the time . At the end I couldn’t order any food and had to go to bed hungry .

Everything was exceptional. I love it. Will come back and recommend to everyone

Nice and clean hotel, close to airport, free shuttle to the airport

If you need someplace that is near the airport then this hotel is fine. However, there is nothing near it and is a 40 Euro drive by Uber to the city center. Also, the hotel provides an airport shuttle service but our two drivers were old and grumpy and did not assist in lifting the luggage on and off the shuttle van. Our room was comfortable however there was hair in our shower.

Place was spacious, clean, modern with good service.

The hotel was located close to the airport and shuttle service was ran every 30 minutes. It worked great for our groups experience as English speaking travelers.

The hotel location is good if you need to be close to the airport. The free shuttle to airport is very useful.

They put us in the wrong room. I initially book the family suite and paid for,but after we checked in, they put us in A room with 3 twin beds. They did make it right by putting us in the right room. We just had to waited for 30-40 mins for them to clean up the room.

Very nice staff. Very clean and pleasant hotel! Food was excellent and there is a full gym next door that offers day passes for 10 euros. Very nice experience.

Great price-quality hotel. Everything was quite nice. The room was quite big, everything needed was there, except for bathrobe and slippers, which was fine with me. Breakfast was nothing special, so possibly you can purchase without breakfast option. There is also 2 big shops in 10 minutes walkinv time, so you can also buy what you need there. The swimming pool is small and quite outdated but fine. The same relates to sauna. Bear in mind that hot water could be switched off after 10 pm. In airport when waiting for bus, bear in mind that there is also ramada appolo hotel, the hotel transfer bus comes to different lane from all the hotel transfers, but the driver comes and ask if anyone is going to ramada airport hotel.

Nothing near the hotel. Great for a single night stay before heading to the airport in the morning

Need to pay more attention to maintenance details like sink drain clogged, shower door hinge broken. Can provide at least 500ml bottle of water and not sell to the guest one recycled glass bottle you filled up from the faucet sink pipe, inform the guest about city tax i was charge withou any explanation
