Near airport and shuttle bus will pick up every 30 minutes. The room very modern, clean, safe and quiet. Front desk very helpful especially Julie. Breakfast here very good. We will be back again if we visit Amsterdam. 👍

Clean and spacious room. Even though we could control the heater, it was still super cold inside the apartment. The shuttle instructions was confusing and very disappointing. We took this place because of the shuttle service and proximity with the airport. However, the shuttle doesn’t show the name of the hotel and the picture in the ‘shuttle stop’ doesn’t match the actual shuttle. So we could not find the right shuttle and ended up getting a taxi since our baby was too cold to wait for another 30min.

The hotel is nice enough inside but the experience was seriously lacking. Meant to be pay on arrival, free to cancel until midnight the day before arrival yet the hotel took money from my bank 2 days before arrival. 4 days before arrival I received an email informing me that there is €50 a night deposit, fine if you’re staying a night before a flight but when you’re staying 5 nights it’s a large chunk of extra cash to find 4 days before you go. It’s not stated anywhere on this site about it, nor upon booking. I booked a room with double bed and sofa bed, I got a twin with a squeaky rickety old metal bed thing that my son refused to sleep on so he ended up on the sofa for the entire stay. The rooms are apparently sound proofed, but the room in our room didn’t seal closed properly so the room was in fact not sound proofed nor draught proof. The hotel sat and show in pictures that shampoo/conditioner/body gel are provided in bathrooms.. the bottle dispensers in my room were empty and I asked for them to be filled. When I left after 5 days they were still empty. We went to the cafe in the main building, to be told to take a seat and someone would take our order. After 27 mins of waiting we left and went elsewhere for coffee and food. Overall it’s probably the worst stay I’ve had in 9 visits to Amsterdam. Have stayed in many Marriott bonvoy hotels and this has possibly been the worst experience so far. Would not stay again.

Would rate this as a bit better charter hotel, for tourist having a very early flight next day. The location was good, quite close (9min by car) to airport with a nice modern lobby and simple, but clean and functional room. We were 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the room was spacious. The gym and pool were ok. We had dinner at the hotel, an all you can eat buffet for a fair price and for being a buffet, quite tasty. The breakfast was standard, what you can expect from a hotel with most likely majority charter tourists. Staff was friendly, as mostly in the Netherlands. Overall, a good hotel but not a business traveller place.

It was just an hassle. No shuttle transport from the airport and it was so cold at the airport. I had to pay for the taxi which so expensive. When we came to the hotel the reception staffs were helpful and they said someonelse will come to do the booking because it was from Expedia. Overall journey to the hotel was expensive and tiring.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything worked as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out very easy. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
