It was the worse trip I have ever taken. I realize that Covid has changed a lot but the resort didn’t let people know about all of the conditions around the stay until you get there. Then you are stuck paying extra for things that you weren’t warned about and unable to access certain things because of restrictions. This trip was stressful and horrible. I was celebrating my 55th birthday which had sentimental meaning and now I have the memory of the worst birthday ever.

No wake up call in the morning after talking to a service person at check in. Thin walls...I heard other people argue. Nice clean sheets. Good directions in a book. Friendly people.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Clean with all the basic amenities. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and runs on time. And we could take the train from the airport to anywhere in the city or outside with the day travel pass.

There was no indication on Orbitz about "add-on"..breakfast was not included The woman who told me how to use the bus to get to Amsterdam Airport did not tell me where the bus would park at the end of the day in the dark. All in all, the big Boeing airplane, in the back yard was parked without any information about why how or when. Hardly a outgoing information organization.

Great location and parking, the staff are amazing!

Booked this hotel for one night with the intention to use its pool and spa. Room was clean and the staff was welcoming. The pool area has only 8 hooks to hang your towel, which they provide. The steam and sauna were great. There was no water fountain so bring your own water. There is only one shower stall at the change room. There are lockers in the change area too but nothing else. So it is not really a "spa" where you can sit down, blow dry your hair, put on some skin care, etc. As long as you are prepared for this, it is good. I really needed some hot steam after a long trip.

Shittle to City Centre and a shuttle service to the airport.

This hotel has 3 different buildings. Check in and check out is a self service. There aren’t restaurant options around the area. The breakfast has to be pre-paid otherwise you are not allowed to eat there. Transportation to the city is very expensive.

Very lousy maintenance crew, not able to come to my room to see what’s the problem with the TV The hotel receptionists are very helpful !!
