When you price this hotel, add in at least 60 Euros to get to and from the airport. It does not have bus service and taxi fare is in excess of 30 Euros each way. While the hotel is reasonably clean, there were three grout line in the shower with mold. There are just two eating choices: the hotel serves reasonably good food starting at 18:00 and there is a bar/restaurant across the street. It's menu is somewhat limited and we could not eat there as it was at capacity.

In general the hotel is quite reasonable, but I had a very pedant clerk during check in, besides being pedantic he messed nearly eveything and gave us the wrong key. And when we came down again for the right one a collegue pointed out to him he better went us up to see ifeverything was okay. Kudos for his collegue. And please point to some specific girls in the breakfast area out to stop quakking like kakatuas. Very annoying having breakfast with that noise around. And let me make clear that most were very well behaved but management should have serious look at some of the personel. And please clean the flooring in the hall way, it smells horrible. And please do something about the transport between hotel and airport. To be told to get a train at 10pm with 3 suite cases is in my opinion ridiculous. Will not come back.

The free breakfast was kept replenished and the coffee was very good. Staff was friendly. Our room had a few stains (shower, on a wall, etc). The beds were very comfortable. I wish the lobby “bar” had a few more options. Instead, we went to the craft beer bar and restaurant across the road. Good price, especially compared to city centre, and great access to the train stop.

Good intentions bad outcomes

We arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room, but when we went to it, it was occupied. And we were told that they don’t have a room for us and we needed to “ confirm “ ( our payment is our confirmation as far as my concern. They send us by tax some 20 minutes away to another hotel to spend the night. That hotel next room were having a loud affair and we had to send the hotel person to ask them to be quiet. The next day a taxi took back to the hotel. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days, and front desk was not tentative to deal with the issue when we asked for towels. The front desk taken a break when there’s a line , and clicking away on the computer when you are talking to them. Many did a good service at the restaurant, but the place lacked consistency in its service.

Hotel was a really nice, staff were friendly and informative. Area around is currently a building site so I dare say in the near future it will be much improved, however, in no way effects the experience of the stay!

Customer interaction was a bit poor. Not as friendly, as compared to other Hilton chain. You can feel that you are treated in a different manner right during check-in (something that can be greatly improved). Breakfast is always a part of the reservation so I don't understand why they make it appear that they are giving you a complimentary one. The support at the bkfast buffet also gives you a cold shoulder when you ask a question e.g. refill, where things are, etc.
