The parking situation was baffling and a mess. Once we figured out where to drive, it was all good. The hotel is shiny and new, the room quite enormous and incredibly comfortable. The TV didn't work, but if it mattered I'm sure they could have fixed it. The staff were all very professional friendly.

Standard airport Hyatt. It’s kinda far from Schipol (meaning the shuttle is longer than you’d think) & the shuttle only runs every half hour. But for the price it isn’t bad

Least helpful and naive front /admin staff

It was a 5/6 hours transit stay , I was asked to put in a security deposit which was quiet odd and un- usual when you’ve paid for the stay in FULL ( 150 usd advance ) some forms signed and told that the deposit will be refunded automatically at check-out , I stayed the night of 4th Oct (5th morning ) till date my deposit has not being returned - at time of check-out in morning the night team was all gone ofcourse - I requested a cab to airport and was naively charged way more than the usual price , infact the taxi driver was already in the lobby (some deal with hotel management ) I was getting late for my flight - then they made me wait because the reception did not have the key card for the driver for drop-lane access at Schiphol departures - I was still charged higher and dropped fat out from departures ( taking advantage of my situation ) the reception staff did not bother at all to help the driver get keys to airport even though I asked them multiple times - they were a handful and not occupied at all - they simply didn’t care - I travel a lot and lodge alot internationally - this hotel’s management (the morning shift staff ) was really some special breed , after making me late for my flight and inquiring as to why I’m not let go or given another taxi - I was told that the hotel has lost the airport key

Everyone there was great and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great each day we were there. Secured uncovered parking. Centered between many great places to visit! Would definitely return in the future!

Rooms were a little run down, food service workers ignored me as though I were invisible so I never could get served at the restaurant or the bar, no soundproofing so listened to people yelling loudly to one another in the hallway all night, other than shampoo, soap and conditioner there were no amenities at all. Small sign in the bathroom said to ask the desk if you needed something; would have been nice to have at check-in rather than after I was already to the room and settled in. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I expected a bit more from Hyatt.
