The staff especially Carlos was great. Carlos was very professional, friendly and always helped us with our enquiries. five stars to the staff! MInus point for the hotel was the lack of balcony in the room and also there was no polar/restaurant on the rooftop terrace pool. It would have been nice to have a lunch or at least a drink at the rooftop pool with nice views.

If you are traveling alone it's 5 stars. If you are sharing the room with another person, you are in for interesting times as the bedroom and bathroom are single space. You gonna get to know your partner in a completely new way, if you know what i mean. Breakfast was great. Overall nice place, expect for the no privacy bathroom thing.

The room was smaller than a shoe box. I’ve stayed in small rooms before win Japan but CitizenM takes small to a new level. There is no bathroom, the toilet and shower are in the shoebox. The room layout is dreadful as the shower capsule and toilet is round and block the path to the bed. There is no space to open a medium sized suitcase. The cleaning was average, there was a hair in the toilet capsule and bed. The bed is in a corner to had to climb over my husband to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was extremely expensive for the room.

I love this hotel while wait for 10 hrs transit. Very recommended but the only one negative thing is I had to get out of the airport and walk to the hotel which is inconvenient. I would have given 5 stars. Other than that hotel is excellent, room was clean, friendly staff.
