I loved the view of the beach from our balcony . The staff at Iggies were very nice & welcoming . I didn’t like how the rooms were very outdated & the shower didn’t get very hot.

Great spot with calm and quiet beach. Lots of fun!

It was great to have beach access from our room with a little porch area to sit at. The resort offered everything you could have wanted to do right there which is fantastic since it is costly to get a taxi. Overall I would recommend Bolongo Bay too others.

Loved the variety of water sports and the staff was super nice!

It was a very intimate feel for a resort and a great place to converse with locals with genuine and honest employees!

Had some issues at the beginning but the manager worked diligently to resolve. Indicates they do great customer service. Over all great stay

Bolongo es amazing. You get your money out of your reservation. So close to many sights and activities. I will come back with the rest of my family!

Our family has been to Bolongo Bay Resort many times through the years . We love the resort and are very happy that they’ve bounced back from the hurricanes and have rebuilt!

I did not like much of anything about this property. My room was dirty looking, grim built up all around the floors. Shower too dirty looking and too small to take a good shower. My room smelled very old and like bug spray. There were only one outdoors restaurant, with the same food everyday, the menu never changed, there were lots of flys. There were cats roaming around while you were trying to eat. The pool did not look clean, we did not get in it. This is not a good place to bring kids, there is nothing fun to do at this property. The property is so small so when people are drinking and getting loud everyone hears it. The gym was created from a hotel rooms and did not look presentable, it look nasty. The hotel excursions where not wrote down anywhere, staff just told you by mouth and details were left out which was stressful trying to figure things out. All inclusive is a waste of money at this property, because they did not have food all of the time only certain times, same menu, and one location. Some of the staff was nice and some were not - when I called about having drinks in the mini bar they told me I could to and buy some and put them in myself. Don't waste your hard earn money here.

I enjoyed that it felt like home and the staff was very inviting and personable.

When we arrived the bathroom was not nice or cleaned properly but the house keeper the next day cleaned very well the gift shop lady was amazing and the grounds . The bar maid charged me for a drink I didn’t have and when I complained nothing was done about it. Even tho it was only seven dollars , it was the principle . Overall I had a great time the and will go back.

Great staff, clean rooms, and great dive shop. Pool could’ve been cleaned, but overall a great place to stay.

The all inclusive package makes staying at this resort such an easy going experience. What the resort lacks in higer level services, such as room service and multiple restaurants, it makes up with a casual laid back atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable the moment you set foot on the property. It's a 15 minute cab ride to Charlotte Amalie and 10 minutes to Red Hook to take the ferry to St. John. The staff is wonderful and so fruendly. If you want the convience of an all exclusive resort, but with a more casual atmosphere, then this is the perfect place.

Stayed for 5 nights. Perfect view of the beautiful blue ocean. All inclusive package was totally worth it if you really like your food and drinks!!!! Staff is all very courteous. Food and drinks arrive in a timely manner. Good variety for food for breakfast, and the lunch/dinner menu had some great choices. Terrific variety of drinks. (Wonderful bartenders!) Many local beers and spirits, as well as the stuff you are used to :) Plenty of beach activities on and off the water tti keep you occupied! Rooms were cleaned up very nicely with a terrific view of the beach/ocean. Taxi service available right outside the front desk at almost any given time (which was also great) Overall.... it was an amazing experience for us! Very relaxing. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay a ton.... and we cannot wait to come back!!! Thank you to everybody at Bolongo Bay. You were all wonderful to us!!!

Small family friendly resort- resort is older but clean Still recovering from hurricanes- Beach is nice but could be raked Food is good (try fish tacos and jerk chicken )

Great views and accommodating staff. Food at restaurant was very good.

I liked the vibe of the place. It wasn’t overcrowded. The food and drink was excellent the bar and pool area were great . The live music was great, I just wish they played till 10 instead of 9. The only downfall was that-the beach was small and rocky in the water and there was still some damage from the hurricane

We chose the property based on the all inclusive package.
