There were at least a dozen stink bugs in the room. When I went to the front desk I was told “They’re harmless. Won’t hurt you”. I was offered another room, but they didn’t have another handicap room. I asked if I could get a refund and I was told, no because it was after 4pm. I was not happy.

Super 8 has revamped their properties very nicely! We have chosen it over others a few times this road trip and have been pleased. Very good mattresses. Clean rooms. Comfy pillows. Bedding looks nice too!

I am impressed. Easy access from I81. Friendly staff. Really nice room. I have stayed in hotels that are not half as nice for double the cost. I Will difficulty be stay here again. I will be a regular repeat customer!

Scam artist at the front desk demanded I give him $100 in cash for "incidentals". Allegedly to be returned upon check-out... not likely. Pointed to the on-site ATM machine to get the cash for him. There are different signs everywhere that state you have to provide $100, $150, $250 deposit that may be returned 10 days or after by "your bank". That's why you have to give cash. After being yelled at, while I attempted to explain that no other hotel has such a preposterous practice and asked for a full refund, it was agreed that my credit card will suffice, but I may not get my money back for certain amount of time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I know I will.

Free breakfast, good variety of food.

It was clean and a good value

Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. It was late and we were tired and dressed for bed before we realized it so didn't switch rooms. There was obvious sexual body fluid on one bed and cigarette burns on both. The pillows reaked of smoke and the water coning out of the bathtub faucet was grey. The tv didn't work, the AC was turned off and everything in the room was unplugged.

Excellent Stay for family with Kids. Check in was easy and the staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast options were really nice. Rooms were clean and parking was free at onsite.Only one person who was at the reception desk did not respond after we greeted him in the morning and did not answer a question about breakfast. Everything was great.

Good place to stop for the night

Very clean. Breakfast unfortunately only until 9:00 am.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Several eateries are in walking distance.

The location is ok, not much of a view. The staff was nice and the room was average, but everything in the room smelled like dust. Breakfast wasn't the best. For a Super 8 this was below average. Compared to other hotels it would rate poorly.

Nice comfortable stay. Room was clean and was easy to get back on I-77. Would stay again
