This hotel is about to begin some much needed, long awaited upgrading. Decent property overall but right now not worth what I paid for it. The carpet throughout is really really worn. The room was nice but the toilet ran all the time and the faucet wasn’t connected to the sink. The toilet running was a big headache. I went to use the laundry services and there was always two machines off the eight (4 washers and 4 dryers) that weren’t working. So when people left their clothes in the machines for over an hour when it only takes 25-30 minutes to complete a load, it was frustrating. The restaurant was nice and the had a great spread for breakfast. Reasonable pricing but the scrambled eggs were not as hot as they should’ve been. It’s a decent stay but reserve early to get a lower price. I’d consider starting again but not my first choice.

Had to get moved three times. First room the door was off the hinges and would not shut or lock; also smelled like mold. The second room smelled like mold and had an active leak in the ceiling as well as wet carpet. Third room smelled like mold and there was an active leak outside of our window into the lobby. Carpets and bathtub were absolutely filthy and the cleaners did not do a good job cleaning between days either. This was an absolutely terrible experience I will never go back

Room accommodations did not match the description on the booking. The hotel staff was not helpful in trying to resolve the situation and gave us misleading information. We had to move rooms at 2 AM. The front desk charged my credit card for three nights instead of two and still have not refunded me. They were very strict about the breakfast vouchers and the rooms were not clean, smelled of mildew, and were not properly stocked.

Definitely more renovation needed
There are portions of the hotel such as the lobby which are renovated nicely; however, the room in which we stayed was disgusting. The carpets were shredded, the tub was separating from the wall, and the vents had not been cleaned. The furniture was very badly beaten up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the prices they are charging per night!

Was definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The room was on the second floor. The carpet had multiple burn holes, the room smelled musty. The wall in the bathroom had mold growing underneath the wall paper. Looks like they were trying to cover it up. Didn’t even feel clean enough to use the shower. Found stains on washcloths & bedding. A/C made more noise than blow out cold air. Definitely not worth the price you pay for a night, would never stay here ever again. Disgusting and disappointing.
