Need more towels
It was clean and the desk staff were very nice, easy to get to. It was comfortable for a one night stay as we travelled, though our mattress was a bit harder than we’re used to. The only thing I didn’t like was the “barn door” with no lock or latch for the bathroom. Some highway noise at night that I should have turned the heat/a/c fan on to drown out.
I have stayed at this property about 5 times now. The staff is friendly and helpful at all hours. Our group was allowed to hold a small gathering out front that went very late one night. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this area.
The staff were so nice. The rooms were very clean. The food and drink from the little snack area seemed a little costly, but I get it you pay for convenience. The breakfast was out of this world!!! Top notch!!!
Room was unit 126. Room smelled like mold and heavy moisture. Need to dehumidify room. When I mentioned to front desk, they acknowledged almost like they knew the room had an issue and never told me at check in. No offer of a discount or partial refund for our inconvenience which would have been nice.
I loved that the hot tub and pool were open. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and very helpful. The bed wasn’t that comfortable.
You can tell its an older hotel but they recently remolded it to look new. I also thought I ordered a double King but it turned out to be a single which was too small but Josephine, the amazing woman working the front desk was able to get us right into a double king no problem. If you need a safe, clean and affordable place to lay your head for a night or two this place works excellently.
A good stay
No tv or wi fi !!! And no credit for this issue . Floods in the area was the reason given
Great location and easy to get to. My only complaint was that the room was next to the lobby and it could be quite noisy at times. I would stay again for sure.
Friendly staff, easy check in, appearance is nice and clean. Amenities were many, location is good. Close to Nashville and Bowling Green.
