I like the price I only stayed overnight The room was dated and very dusty. The floor had not been vacuumed. It had an outdated air conditioner unit in the room that looked like it had water damage around it the wall was damaged. Otherwise it is close to a lot restaurants and was close to the Eagle Bank Arena.
Overall good,only complaint was eggs and sausage at free breakfast were not hot.
The hotel room is very clean, the breakfast has many choices, the price is reasonable
The room was clean and the staff friendly. The only complaint I had was I was in the room next to the laundry room and the noise was loud.
The carpets in the hallway are smelly and gross. It smells like mildew and mild everywhere. Outdated and old and will never put relatives there again even though it is near our house. For the same price there are some much nicer hotels in the same vicinity that are newer and cleaner.
Great staff. I do not think this is a new building as the air conditioning unit was under the window and not central. Also the bathroom fan came on with the light and was very loud. The tub faucet was very loose. Water pressure was good. Small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Breakfast was ok, coffee and small Cinnabon’s were great.
I DO NOT WANT TO WRITE! I THINK THE HOTEL WAS GOOD.
Second time staying here. Front desk staff is great. Will stay again
All in All a good experience. For this price point you can not beat Holiday Inn Express
The people who work at this location are wonderful! The folks at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful! The room was beautifully decorated and had a homey/cozy warm feeling to it and was immaculate! Thank you for a super pleasant stay!
The check-in process was handled smoothly and everyone working there was nice. The hall was rather dark and large cleaning carts were present. The room was fine. Everything was clean and worked the way it should. Pleased with stay here. Shares a parking lot with Red Lobster. Although there's not a traffic light at the exit, I was able to make left hand turns when needed.
the hotel was pleasant. the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was ok. for what we spend it was a good deal.
If your looking to stay somewhere that's affordable and in a central location to Northern VA then this is the hotel.
Basically, this is exactly what I want from a hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is unfailingly polite, free Internet (WiFi and Ethernet cables in rooms) works great, and the free breakfast is top-notch. It's location makes it convenient to much of Northern Virginia and D.C. There are a zillion restaurants nearby. Only one tiny complaint: during breakfast, they had both TVs tuned to Fox News. I realize many people like Fox News, but I find it repulsive - that is, it's a very polarizing medium. A hotel shouldn't have anything that divisive in the common breakfast room (I wouldn't want to see MSNBC on there either). Something nice and bland like Good Morning America. And in fact, a "TV-free" zone for the breakfast room would be awesome. But as you can tell, when I'm whining about the TV channel choice in the breakfast room, there's not much bad to say.
I liked the location of this hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. I enjoyed my stay.
I enjoyed the comfortable bed, had a great night's sleep as well as the breakfast in the morning.
The room is very clean and well organized. It's very quite at night although it just besides Route 50. Room is not very big, not suitable for long term stay (over a week).

The hotel is under new management and the hotel will be under going renovations very soon. I would request you to visit us in few months to enjoy the changes.
